A. Your 8-month-old will still be taking 24 to 32 ounces of formula or breast milk every day. But mealtimes should also involve an increasing variety of foods, including baby cereal, fruits and vegetables, and mashed or pureed meats. As the solids increase, the breast milk or formula will decrease.

A. When fully established on solids, she will need about 500 to 600 ml of formula milk everyday alongside a varied diet. Give 3 solid meals along with atleast 2 sessions of breast feeding or formula feeding. Give her milk based foods like paneer, curd, custard pudding and buttermilk.
