Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workoutCut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.

Wrll That would completely depend on the diet of your child I can only tell you you should try to give milk at least 3 to 4 times in a day but the quantity of milk with completely depend on the liking and diet of your child I cannot really give you an exact amount for that
