Q.
How much milk 14 months old baby girl must drink. I’ worried as my baby is having more than 1 litre of milk

ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist5 years agoA. Dear ma’am, are you giving her the regular packet milk or cow milk? If so please limit the intake to not more than 400ml per day as too much milk intake can cause constipation and anemia.

if you're child feel comfortable and happy and healthy and active and take proper sleep and food and water then no need to worry about this matter.
generally 500 ml milk is sufficient for your child.
you can include natural probiotics in your child diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi curry dhokla idli etc
