Q.

How much Mg of calcium should be used while on breastfeed? I am using 500mg... is it sufficient?

A. generally only up to 500 mg calcium is prescribed. however you should take any nutrtional supplements only after Consulting doctor according to the prescribed dosage. also have a healthy diet having variety of food groups to avoid Nutritional deficiencies

A. yes it's sufficient.take calcium supplements daily as per doctors recommendation.along with that take healthy diet also
