How much formula should I give to my 4 month old baby girl weighing 6 kg?

A. My daughter used to feed on demand till lst month... But then she started sucking her thumb. Now she no lingers cries when hungry. She pacified herself by sucking her thumb so on demand isn't working for me now. Also, since the last 20-25 days she's not feeding properly and hence is having constipation and solid stools which she never did in 4 months. She used to poop atleast once daily but now since 15-20 days she's doing potty once in 2-3 days and that too solid

A. Hello dear parent! Ideal formula intake should be around 800 to 900ml per day. It all depends on your child’s digestion and intake capacity. Maintain a good personal hygiene for your baby. Continue feeding your baby well on demand for every 2 to 3 hours. Good luck and take care.
