Q.
How much formula milk should be given to 7 months old child play a time ? I’m giving solids for breakfast and lunch and evening litte fruit . Breakfast: cereals 1 tbsp and lunch rice mashed with carrot and moog dal .

she can be given 75 ml of milk per 500 grams of her weight per day
thrice to four times it can be given
take sunbathing daily
don't use packaged and processed food, maida items
use simply purified water having tds higher than 350
