how much food a 14 month baby should have at a time.... n how many times... n wht if she refuses food to eat at any time

A. Hi mom . It’s ok if the child refuses one of the meal in a day .make sure the child is well hydrated. Give 2-3 servings of fruits, 3 major meals and 2 servings of healthy snck

A. Hi dear Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between to ur baby. If baby rejects eating at one time, no issues. Offer the food after some time. Give ajwain water to increase appetite of ur baby if not eating food properly.
