Hello mam mostly depends on the age and weight of the child as you have mentioned so you can just check the bottle and give the medication has been the way to give 1.5 ML to ML at one point of time and you can repeat it every six hours and if you’ve any other issue relating to the same then please consult your paediatrician ones
