you can definitely feel your child at least in the age of 2 years or even again one more year.
but introduce cow's milk after completion of 1 year along with the breastfeeding.
if you cannot feed continuously directly from the breast even you can use the breast pump to suck and store the milk and feed the child.
you can use Philips avent breast pump which is available both electric and manual.
