ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician7 years agoA. Hello and good morning.You can use nasoclear nasal Drops 3 times a day for 3-4 days.. Drop few drops of nasal saline drops in each nostril after laying down in flat surface..it will loosen it and allow to breeth well.
