how many times should we give de worming medicine to 4 year olds ?

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl3 years agoA. can be given. Deworming process is not mandatory but can be done every 6 months in babies above one year of age. Can give syrup bandy Plus 15ml at night after a full meal and check for worms in the stool next day. Maintain hand hygiene.

Worms being a very common health problem for children and adults alike, experts recommend that deworming should get done twice a year or every six months, starting from the age of two years old. Deworming is the process that involves the use of medication to get rid of intestinal parasites like worms.
