it's fine do feed her on demand or to Sooth her. Give your 8 momth old baby three major meal and one snack a day.

what you are feeding is correct only. Breakfast, Lunch and dinner and in between snack is fine. As it is summer give seasonal fruit juices. Don't over feed him. Feed him on demand.
SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 1 m old girl3 years agoA. Three times a day. You can give everything that you normally have. Let it be less oily and also let it less spicy. Include a veggie and fruit everyday. include few nuts everyday. You can start giving all family foods. Everything that you have can be given to baby with less spice and less oil. Avoid snacks and other junks and replace with fruits and nuts.
Breakfast - idli, dosa, pongal, oats, chapati, upma,
Lunch - any rice with dal, veggie rice, Khicidi,
eggs and non veg if your baby eats.
snacks - finger foods,carrot, apple, banana, nuts milkshake, juices, banana, potato, puffed rice, poha,
Dinner, idli, dosa, rice, mixed veg paratha, Khicidi, dal rice, rasam rice, milk rice
