Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. urinary pattern in small children is totally different. they may pass more than 20 times per day urine _also and sometimes they will pass urine again and again in only one hour. the minimum refquirement would be more than 7 times in 24 hours. if it is less give more breast feeding or milk and if it is more no need to worry if the child is not having any other complaint

It Should be at least a minimum of 10 to 12 times in a day because at this age that is completely on liquid is the 10 to 12 times in a day or more than that would be considered pretty normal because when a child is completely or liquid this is a good amount of urine count
