A. In 5 months, as you must have recently started feeding semi solid foods, start slow with 4-6 spoons per serving and twice a day. It is better to start feeding home cooked foods like lentil puree, mashed banana, apple, pear and carrot puree, ragi and sooji porridge. Ready to eat Cerelac should be fed only sometimes as it contains high amount of artificial sugar which is not good for overall health and still emerging teeth.
