Gradually start including all the food groups in your child’s diet that is staple in your family. Give in mashed small quantities to check the suitability and for better digestion. Keep your baby hydrated all through the day while feeding solids. Continue breastfeeding. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil.
