POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy2 years agoA. The paediatrician will decide the dose and duration of Crocin baby drops based on the baby's age and body weight. You should not give your child more than 4 doses of paracetamol in 24 hours. There should be a gap of at least 4-5 hours between doses.
