Q.

How many times a new born should be feeded in a day? I have twin babies. I am struggling to feed both of them . How can I plan for them in a better way.. Can you please suggest.

A. if the urine output is 6 to 8 times a day it indicates adequate milk intake To boost lactation take lactare tablet and galact granules add oats and meat in the diet take lots of the oral fluids maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

A. You go ahead with giving formula feeding as well one time one child you can give breastfeeding and one formula index time you can inverse the process by giving the first child formula feeding and the second one breast feeding which is what you have to do
