shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello Bomb this tops are nothing but the digestive enzymes there is not any hard and fast rule for – so if you want you can give 2 times in a day not after every feed there is need to give it it helps to keep the baby away from the gas trouble
