Q.
how many spoon of cerelac can I expect my 6plus month son to have. also how many spoon of dal ka pani etc is ideal for this age group..he was on ebm till month

ArundhatiMom of a 8 yr 2 m old girl7 years agoA. Start with 1 spoon first for cerelac then gradually increase. After few weeks may be your baby can have 3 spoons. But try to avoid cerelac as much as possible. Keep it for travelling and emergency purpose. Give homemade fresh food to your child. Initially start everything with few spoons and see how your baby reacts and increase thereafter.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 9 m old boy7 years agoA. as your child is 6 months old so you can give liquids like daawat Rice Water tomato soup pomegranate juice coconut water and you can give Semi solid food like Banana Khichdi Upma Suji halwa and always feel the baby on demand not according to the quantity
