Now your baby is eight months old and you can add many things in babies regular diet plan. Now you should start giving cereals, Chapati, oats, Ragi , egg, coconut water, vegetables, fruits, rice. All these things are very healthy for babies and contains all the nutrition’s baby need regular diet plan. Baby should take at least four meals in a day
