Three times in the day you can give it to the child you should give proper breakfast lunch and dinner and you should start with Dan and rice water followed by fruits and vegetables porridge khichadi you can give variety is made out of ragi Suji and oats and of course good amount of water can be given dairy products coconut water and butter is also healthy
