Rashmi GuptaMom of a 12 yr old girl5 days agoA. A minimum of 8 to 10 hours is important in fact we have seen even kids sleeping for 12 hours in a date which is good enough but when we talk about minimum amount of expectation that should be seen it should be at least 8 to 10 hours in the day
