how many hours a 30 month old old boy sleeps in a day. what is an healthy way in maintaining the sleep timings

A. baby is now about two and half years of age if baby is sleeping up to 8 to 10 hours in a day then is also normal also for sleep baby should be well fed give solid food items at sleep time
