DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 1 month old and if he is having a gaseous troubles a lot then only medicine may not be useful but proper burping up and gas medicine like colikaid is needed

Burp well after every feeding
Try to keep head up position while feeding
