Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 7 m old girl4 weeks agoA. 1 is good to be given every day and in the summers also if your child is able to digest and accept egg and you can give it every day to the child problem but don’t exceed the number of special in the summer season and more than one you can give after the age of 6 to 7 years
