Mam it’s difficult to say it should be somewhere around 20 drops maybe this way I cannot confirm so when you are advised to give medicine in the ML form you are meant to give it that way for easy understanding of medicine otherwise take 2.5 ML into a cup and then you take it out with the dropper so this way you’ll have a fair idea how many is it going to be
