how many almonds to give to a 2 yr old

A. 2-3 almond are enough for a child.

A. hey thanks for the reply .. I just have one more question... I also heard that only 2-3 are enough for a child and excess of it can cause constipation and it's almond is a nut and it's hot and too much will be problematic ... is this true??
