How long should I hold my baby in a vertical position after feeding him?

Nitika Dhingra Rawal Dhingra RawalMom of a 10 yr 3 m old boy8 years agoA. Hello dear You can carry till 15 minutes after feeding so that baby burps..and keep tapping slowly over the back so that burp comes..if still no then make him sleep on bed then..

Bhurabi BharaliMom of a 12 yr 1 m old boy8 years agoA. generally it is suggested to burp the baby for 15-20 minutes after the feed.. even after the burping you should keep him in the upright position for atleast 10 minutes
