How long it will take to get normal periods? Does it get too lag because of change of food , climate?

A. Hello ma’am It is normal for women to skip their periods after their delivery for six months to 12 months or maybe till 18 months but that’s considered completely normal because when you are exclusively breastfeeding the baby and due to hormonal change in the body these things are completely normal
