POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy2 years agoA. Mustard Oil Massage Heat some mustard oil in a pan. To it, add some nigella sativa (kalonji) and methi dana (fenugreek seeds). Strain it properly and massage your baby’s chest, back, and feet with this oil.
