Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. whenever a baby is born baby be covered with vernex caseosa once baby having bath it will be disappearing where is the question of persistence of this for long time .

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Vernix after birth can be on the baby for as long as 24 hours. Infact even weeks later, u might still find some layers of it here and there. But will be fine on its own after that. Take care and all the best
