ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician2 days agoA. Better to avoid as it leads to foetal distress dye to lack of oxygen so better yo sleep sidewise especially left side which is more comfortable fir you and the baby as well take care be safe

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 5 m old boy2 days agoA. Hello! I am really not sure if it is really comfortable for longer duration of time at this stage of pregnancy. It is advisable to sleep on the sides. Maybe you can try using Babyhug maternity pillow for this
