how long can I keep breast milk at room temperature

A. Hi. Ideally, you can keep it at room temperature for 4 to 6 hours. But, because if the extreme heat, it is advisable to refrigerate it. Refrigerated breastmilk can be used upto 24 hours. You just need to warm it a bit before feeding the baby.

A. during summer not more than 3 hours outside during winter not more than 5 hours outside you should try to check the milk before you feed your baby so as to make sure that the baby is not getting contaminated milk
