how long can I keep breast milk at room temperature

A. Hi. Ideally, you can keep it at room temperature for 4 to 6 hours. But, because if the extreme heat, it is advisable to refrigerate it. Refrigerated breastmilk can be used upto 24 hours. You just need to warm it a bit before feeding the baby.
