Q.

How long breast milk can be kept at room temperature when removed from fridge?

A. Hi, would recommend you feed directly at night instead of using a bottle. You could try laying down and feeding so you can sleep and catch up on rest. Breastmilk once removed from fridge should be used within 1-2 hours.

A. I express milk in the evening n keep it in refrigerator. At around 11.30 pm i carry the bottle with me to bed for night feeds which is mostly at around 2am and 5.00am. temperature of my room is normally 28. Is this practice ok?
