NikithaMom of a 11 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. hello you should exclusively breastfeed your baby till the baby compltes 6 months and you cannot give baby any food till then and make sure baby is getting sufficient breast milk if not then given infant formula milk which helps on baby growth
