Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old girl5 years agoA. hi please do the following things: offer homemade healthy and well blanaced diet. keep your child well hydrated provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day provide different exposures. spend quality time with your child. offer age appropriate toys. practice yoga or mediation daily maintain good hygiene.
