ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 6 years agoA. This cannot be suggested here as such. Consult with your doctor for this. You can take the contraceptive injection. This is the best option recently. Or you can use Cu-T and contraceptive pills. Better avoid pills for six months atleast after delivery. Or your partner can use precaution methods.
Because generally after delivery. Your periods are irregular so you cant detect the date of ovulation. So natural protection can not be useful.
