How i can differentiate breastfeed poop & formula poop ?

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician7 years agoA. breast fed babies can pass yellow brown or green coloured stool..generally green colour poop is common in formula fed babies. breast fed babies pass green poop if there is imbalance in fore milk and hind milk. do not worry much for colour as long as it is not blood tinged and too watery

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician7 years agoA. Formula feed poop is sometimes hard and green in colour. Exclusively breast feed your baby till Six months and afterwards start weaning foods. As breast feed contains all the essential nutrients required for the healthy growth and development of the baby and improves immunity of the baby.

NikithaMom of a 11 yr 4 m old child7 years agoA. hello...no worries...you don't have to differentiate it...no need to worry also if the consistency is normal...if baby poop as variation then you need to worry... formulamilk can make baby have constipation...breastmilk if mom's diet is change then also it effects baby poop
