NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello it is as to mixed with warm water or give it is as directed by your doctor and you can even check on the bottle for details.. it would be better to use a boiled and cooled water wile you prepare it which should be better and also safe for the bay
