how get milk for my baby for feeding I m not getting proper milk Today is the 5th day and I m not able to feed my baby

A. Hello dear parent! Reduce your stress levels. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet. Consult a lactation specialist. The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Good luck and take care
