if you take care of regular hand washing as well as preventing dirty things from going inside the oral cavity of the child then this problem will not occufr.
it is advisable to take help of a doctor who will tell you whether the child is suffering from worms problem.
usually medicines are given as a single dose and very rarely as a mcultiple dose
