how does zinc gluconate oral solution treat stomach infection in babies? my 10 m.o daughter has been prescribed this by her pediatrician.

It is commonly prescribed in diarrhoea.
Maintain hygiene give enough water and liquids like nimbupani buttermilk coconut water
give curd khichdi daliya banana
