Q.

How does cognitive development progress in babies aged 6 months and older? What activities can i include to stimulate their cognitive growth during this stage? And what are the foods i can include in my baby's diet that is good for his brain development. Please pour your suggestions.

A. Dry fruit powder you can also give porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato make sure to include good amount of dairy products dry fruit powder water buttermilk coconut water varieties made out of ragi and oats can be given along with that for cognitive development whatever choice or other things you would require you should check with your doctor on that
