A. try not to sit for long periods of time if you feel pain then painful times vary from woman to woman stitches dissolve on their own during this time apply ice pack this may help reduce swelling and discomfort

A. Hi. Stitches heal on their own after the C-section..It can take up to 6 months or longer or even lesser for the internal stitches to heal properly. You will feel it if there's any kind of discomfort. Get in touch with your gynaecologist for the same.
