Shaista TarannumMom of a 17 yr old boy8 years agoA. you can massage your baby 15-20 min before bath and then give bath with warm water. you can use any massage oil or coconut oil. even mustard oil is supposed to be good in winters...depends on what suits your baby though. to see the exact steps of massage it will be better if you look at some videos on youtube. you will have to gently massage your baby's hands, feet and body and then the head. don't put too much oil also...massage till oil is absorbed in the skin.not for too long also.

Personally, I hired a professional baby massage lady. but if that's not an option for you then it's always advised to massage therapist when baby is awake and in fresh mood. you can choose massage oil as per your preference. avoid highly scented oils thou. massage strokes and methods of massage is available on YouTube videos. they are helpful. hope this helps. take care.
