how do I know if baby is teething by looking inside the mouth? will I see swelling of gums?

Bhurabi BharaliMom of a 12 yr old boy8 years agoA. yes.. swelling and hard gums.. Teething symptoms are different for each baby.. But commonly shown are.. drooling rubbing ears irritated baby cranky baby putting everything in mouth sometimes diarrhoea swollen gums teeth can be seen a little bit Reluctant to eat foods Baby may show all the symptoms or only some... but you should consult the pediatrician immediately even if these symptoms are due to teething but better to confirm it from the pediatrician and get some relief regarding this
