How can we regulate the sleep cycle of 3 month old baby? How much food does the baby need to have on daily basis?

give only breastmilk till completion of Six month and feed on demand.

sleep cycle of child is becomes stable after completing three months
as per your child age you can give plenty of breast feeding to your child when you're child is demanding
please give daily massage with Babyhug massage oil
