Q.

how can we get difference between viral fever and bacterial fever. my son is suffering from fever since 3 days. Doctor told us to wait up to five days it might be viral fever. but my doubt is after 6 hours of medicine again temperature will rise. he will b tired during that time.. how can we get whether it is bacterial or viral please let me know..

A. hi, your baby is 3 years old now there is no significant changes between both infection.viral fever tend to be of mild variety and sudden onset and recovers on its own.if fever persist after 2-3 days consult with your pediatrician and get antibiotics treatment initiated
