Uma RamMom of 2 children6 months agoA. Hai good afternoon !! Height of the kid depends on genetic factors 10th percentile of the both the parents. How ever protein,calcium rich foods in diet,sun exposure ,cycling,hanging exercise helps in height gain. Include nuts,seeds in regular diet. Almonds ,seseme seeds,makhana,saunf take in equal quantity dry roast and make fine powder,use this powder as milk mix for better results.
