How can I treat blisters in the nipples due to breastfeeding

A. Massage and gently apply pressure to the area behind your nipple. Try changing your feeding position. Make your baby lie down and lean over with the support from your elbows and knees. This way the milk flow increases that can help release the blister. Rub the blister gently after taking a bath to release it. Breastfeed your baby as often as possible to get your milk supply flowing. Ensure that your nipples remain moist throughout the day. Soak a cotton ball in some olive oil and place it on your nipple before wearing your bra. Stop wearing an underwire bra.
